1. First we need to agree on the day, time and exact place of delivery. In order to avoid possible problems, be sure that you will be there at the agreed time when the team arrives. The furniture will be delivered to your house in perfect conditions, and as agreed on beforehand. In the hypothetical case of a delay of more than 30 minutes, we will call you so you will be aware of it.

2. Please remember that for us to be able to deliver the goods at your house, the furniture have to be paid in advance. Also please make sure that the team will have no problems entering the furniture into your house (steps, elevators, corridors, etc).

3. Indicate the place where you want the furniture to be placed so that the team can leave the boxes on its right place. This way you will avoid moving the furniture to much.

4. Before the team leaves your house, you must sign the delivery sheet saying that the furniture has been delivered in perfect condition.
