| 1. First we need to agree the day, time and exact place of delivery. In order to avoid possible problems. Be sure that you will be there at the agreed time when the team arrives. The furniture will be delivered to your house in perfect
conditions and as agreed on beforehand.
In the hypothetical case of a delay of more than 30 minutes, we will call you so you will be aware of it. |

2. Please remember that for us to be able to deliver the goods at your house, the furniture have to be paid in advance.
Please make sure that the team will have no problems entering the furniture into your house (steps, elevators, corridors, etc). |

3. Indicate the place where you want the furniture to be placed so that the team can put it together there in order to avoid moving the furniture. |

4. The team will put together the furniture
in your presence so that you can prove to yourself that the work is properly
done. |
| 5. When the furniture is assembled please examine the furniture for possible
damage before the assembly team leaves. |

6. When the work is done, the team will collect the tools and clean up leaving the place as it was. |
|
7. Before the team leaves your house, the driver will give you the delivery sheet saying that the furniture has been delivered and put together in perfect condition. |

8. It is important that you don’t move the furniture as it can suffer unnecessary
damages. |
